Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 13 February 2025, 14 February 2025, 18 February 2025 and 28 March 2025 relating to the investigation conducted by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”).

The Board of Directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to inform that the Company had received on 13 April 2025 the letter from the MACC dated 8 April 2025 (“Letter”) in relation to the status of the investigation by the MACC involving the Group of Companies of Able Global Berhad (“the Group”) and its CEO/Executive Director, Mr. Edward Goh Swee Wang (“the CEO”).

The Letter confirms that the investigation by the MACC involving AGB and the CEO has concluded and the Deputy Public Prosecutor has decided that there is no prosecution against both AGB and the CEO under the MACC Act 2009.

In connection therewith, the Board concludes that the investigation against AGB and the CEO is now closed.
