Able Global Berhad (the "Company") wishes to confirm that its CEO/Executive Director, Mr. Edward Goh Swee Wang ("CEO") has been released from remand following his assistance in the ongoing investigation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission ("MACC") regarding matters related to the private company affairs of its Chairman/Executive Director, Mr. Ng Keng Hoe.

The Company reiterates that its CEO was remanded solely to facilitate the investigation and is not in a position to comment on the ongoing investigation. He has since resumed his duties and business operations of the Company continue as usual.

Additionally, the Company has been informed that Mr. Ng Keng Hoe has also been released from remand by the MACC.

The Company remains committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance and transparency.
