Able Global Berhad ("the Company") has been informed that its Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Mr Edward Goh Swee Wang, has been remanded by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to facilitate the current ongoing investigation in relation to its Chairman/Executive Director, Mr Ng Keng Hoe ("Mr Ng"). The said ongoing investigation pertains to Mr Ng private company matters as announced on 13 February 2025.

During the course of this ongoing investigation, the Company and its personnel remain committed to fully cooperating with the relevant authorities to facilitate a swift and efficient resolution.
