- CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors of AGB wishes to announce on the changes to the Risk Management Committee ("RMC") as follows:-

 

1)  Lisa Goh Li Ling (F) and Foo Chee Ming shall cease as Members of the RMC; and 

2)  The other Members shall remain unchanged. 

 

Further, the membership of the Risk Management Committee has been re-constituted as follows:-
