The Board of Directors of AGB (“Board”) wishes to announce that Able Development Sdn. Bhd. ("ADSB"), a 70%-owned subsidiary of AGB, had on 09 March 2023 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Able Perfect Sdn Bhd (“APSB”) in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“SPA”).
