Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the Company's Proposed Land Acquisition dated 30 June 2022 regarding the further extension of the Extended Conditional Period to 31 December 2022 (“Earlier Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of AGB, AmInvestment Bank would like to clarify that the Extended Conditional Period has been further extended to 31 December 2022 as the Proposed Land Acquisition is still pending the approval from the Economic Planning Unit of the Prime Minister's Department.
