Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the Company's Proposed Land Acquisition dated 3 June 2021, 2 December 2021 and 28 February 2022 ("Earlier Announcements”) and the Circular dated 10 September 2021. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements and the Circular.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of AGB, AmInvestment Bank would like to inform that pursuant to the SPA's Extended Conditional Period expiry on 30 April 2022 as announced on 28 February 2022, the Company and the Vendor had mutually agreed to further extend the Extended Conditional Period to 30 June 2022. |
