Reference is made to the AGB's announcement dated 15 September 2020 in respect of the proposed acquisition of land by a wholly-owned subsidiary, Able Dairies Sdn. Bhd. ("ADSB").
The Company wishes to inform that ADSB agreed to grant extension of time until 31 December 2021 for the Vendor to complete the Vendor's obligations under the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 15 September 2020.
