Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the Company's Land Acquisition dated 3 June 2021 ("Earlier Announcements”) and the Circular dated 10 September 2021. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements and the Circular.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of AGB, AmInvestment Bank would like to inform that pursuant to the extended conditional period in the SPA, the conditional period to fulfill the Conditions Precedent will be extended for an additional period of 90 days expiring on 28 February 2022.
