The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 5 August 2016 were duly approved by way of poll by the shareholders of the Company.
