The Bonus Issue will be carried out concurrently with the share split exercise announced on even date. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 20 September 2016 ("Listing Date"), being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. JTBs Share Registrar will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of JTB not later than four (4) market days after the Listing Date. The Bonus Shares will not be entitled to any dividends that were declared preceding the Entitlement Date. This announcement is dated 1 September 2016. |
