The Board of Directors of JTB wishes to announce that the Company had subscribed an additional 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each at par in the capital of Able Food Sdn. Bhd. ("AFSB") AND THAT after the new subscription, the Company holds 4,800,000 Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each representing 96% of the equity interest in the capital of AFSB. The total paid up share capital of AFSB now stands at RM5,000,000.00. |
