The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad ("JTB") wishes to recommend a Single Tier Final Dividend of 1.5 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2016. The proposed final dividend will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 16th Annual General Meeting 2017 of JTB. The payment date and entitlement date of the Final Dividend will be determined at a later date. |
