The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad ("JTB") wishes to announce that the Company has executed a Guarantee and Indemnity in favour of a supplier of Able Food Sdn. Bhd. ("AFSB") namely Interfood Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Interfood") of OUE Downtown 2, #24-10A, 6 Shenton Way, Singapore 068809, unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees to Interfood as a continuing obligation, the due and punctual payment of all amounts payable by the Subsidiary under the Agreements when the same shall become due and payable, whether on scheduled payment dates (as defined in the Agreements) or otherwise, in accordance with the terms of the Agreements (the "Guaranteed Obligations") and undertakes that, if and whenever the Subsidiary defaults in the payment, discharge and performance when due of any of the Guaranteed Obligations, the Guarantor shall on demand by Interfood pay, discharge or perform the same.
