The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad ("JTB") wishes to announce that the Company has agreed to provide a Corporate Guarantee of USD5,000,000-00 (United States Dollars: Five Million Only) in favour of CIMB Bank Berhad ("CIMB") to secure the Facility granted by CIMB to Able Dairies Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. This announcement is dated 15 May 2019. |
