Reference is made to JTB’s announcement dated 13 February 2020 in respect of the proposed acquisition of land by a wholly-owned subsidiary, Able Dairies Sdn. Bhd. ("ADSB"). The Company wishes to inform that ADSB will be entering into a Sale & Purschase Agreeement the latest by July 2020.
Further development on the Proposed Acquisition will be announced in due course when Sale & Purchase Agreement is signed.
